This is the first year the BSO is going solo on this festival, so we need support from all of you. Second Stage News!

Congratulations to the winners of the "Blues Blast - Battle for the Greater Ozarks Blues Festival" held June 26th at Nathan P Murphy's. The bands gave it their all before a packed house. What a great end to this 3-night contest. Thanks to all that came out and supported these hard-working musicians.

1st Place - Nathan Keck and the Underground Blues Division
2nd Place - Full Moon Blues Band
3rd Place - Black Suede
4th Place - Nigel And The Ghost

These acts will be appearing on the 2nd stage at the festival. Times will be announced soon.

Blues Society Of The Ozarks Sundy Picninc Jam

It's BSO Picnic Season!

Enjoy an afternoon of Family Fun, Good Food and Great Music. Join us at our new, more convenient picnic location, American Legion Post 639 (2660 South Scenic). The next picnic will be outside and starts at 1:00. Full Moon will be the host band, Bring your instrument if you want to jam or just come out and listen to some kickin’ Blues. There's always good food at the potluck picnic (bring a side dish if you want to partake). Get in on the raffles and win some cool blues stuff or cold hard cash. See ya there!

We are putting together a cookbook with the help of Taste of Home Magazine and you could be part of it! We need at least 150 recipes.
